Launch Rockwell Cocktail Bar & Lounge, creating a destination in the heart of Trafalgar Square.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding area, develop concept for the bar, sourcing brand partners to help facilitate launch from both a commercial and awareness perspective (securing over £16k in funds).

Work with branding agency to deliver a unique brand with a boutique and surreal feeling, playing on the local area. Market research to ascertain direction for food and drink elements, menu development and briefing with key F&B stakeholders within the business.

Working alongside media relations for launch party, targeting local Londoners, industry leaders and key press contacts.
