Route to market of 125 acre lifestyle resort with full activity and F&B offerings.

Plan and execute roll out and launch of The Mole Resort, from small countryside Manor House hotel, entering a new market place and positioning within the market place. We picked up the project up from a pre-existing marketing agency, as well as overseeing both the sales and revenue team.

  • Brand creation and development (direction, strategy and messgaging)

  • Roll out and 12 month strategy and campaign plan

  • Key focus on PR, with over 100 pieces of launch coverage and 20 reviews in first 3 months

  • Oversee full collateral deck and asset bank

  • Tendering process and implementation of full CRM, app and activity booking system, bringing them all into one central itinerary for guests

  • Market research, ascertaining positioning within the market place along with comp set, including rate structure and viability

  • Overseeing digital marketing agency and strategy

  • Key local partnerships

  • Design and oversee development of website, with key focus on SEO

  • Creative direction and planning of all content creation

  • Development and onboarding of marketing team

We delivered the full roll out of The Mole Resort, working alongside the existing team and 3rd party vendors, resulting in over £1 million of business on the books for the year in the first 4 months of its official launch.
